Sesame Street needed to modernize a legacy Unity game with broken animations and systems, while preserving the original experience for young learners.
Upgraded the game to Unity 2022 LTS, rebuilt animations and core systems, and shipped fully stable releases on iOS, Android, and Amazon.
Enabled ongoing publishing, reduced maintenance risk, and preserved the beloved Elmo experience with frame-perfect fidelity across platforms.
A great team.
Tintash delivered on time and on budget, working within scope and having flexibility to work through details that were not completely caught in scope. All the players in the project, from PM to artists and developers, were very easy to work with.
Being 10 hours ahead of our corporate office meant that we could iterate rapidly - providing feedback at the end of our day and seeing results the very next day.

Sesame Street
Sesame Street's Potty Time with Elmo is an early-childhood learning mobile game that uses guided animations, audio, and interactive play to teach potty training. However, it was built on a legacy version of Unity where deprecated animation, subtitle, and audio APIs caused key experiences to break.
With publishing issues across iOS, Android, and Amazon - and a risk of losing the game's frame-perfect character animations that drive child engagement - Sesame Street urgently needed a full migration to the latest Unity LTS version without altering the user experience kids love.

Collaborated closely with the client, sharing builds and iterating to guarantee:
Tintash proactively identified better implementation alternatives beyond the original code structure, ensuring future sustainment without breaking the original vision.
| Feature/Solution | Purpose for the Client |
|---|---|
| Animation System Rebuild | Preserve Elmo's movement, timing, and expressions perfectly using Unity's updated tools |
| Subtitle Module Migration | Restore accessibility features for children and parents |
| Audio System Stabilization | Fix triggered sounds and voice-over syncing in updated Unity |
| Platform Deployment (iOS, Android, Amazon) | Expand reach and ensure continued store availability |
The client was fully satisfied and confirmed that the outcome met their expectations.
